We are currently going through an ISO 9001 certification process for our processes. We have GMP certification, cosmetics capacity, storage and conditioning capacity for medical devices, absorbent products, and Phytotherapeutic products; as well as defined areas for the storage of products controlled by the national narcotics fund.

At PHAREX we have three distribution centers in Bogotá, Funza, and Cota and soon a fourth one in the city of Cartagena, however, we have transportation coverage throughout the national territory.

At PHAREX, we provide room temperature and controlled storage, both temporary and permanent.

At PHAREX we carry out distribution processes with our fleet for local transport (Bogota and peripheral region) and with allies for domestic transport.

Due to our status as logistic operators, we are not allowed to offer raw material analyses.

The configuration processes proposed by PHAREX are not intended to be performed per unit dose.

At PHAREX, we are responsible for the following modes of transport: land and air (freight or commercial flights).

Yes. This service will be subject to the type of product and destination; generally Bogota and perimeter zone, and to import or export of goods.

We currently offer, through our PHAREX maquila service line, a wide range of manual and semi-automated processes: coding, shrink-wrapping, labeling and unlabeled, cartoning and uncartoning, kitting, barcode production and placement, among others.

At PHAREX, we are only allowed to make secondary packaging on products from our customers.

BIL (business intelligence logistic) is an application, in the web environment, designed by PHAREX to allow customers to have real-time information regarding their logistics operation such as good reception, storage, order management, product packaging, quality inspection, foreign trade, transportation, goods transfer.

At PHAREX, we manage lead times by destination. In large cities, we take care of promises between 24 and 48 hours and for remote areas or transmission between 72 and 120 hours.

PHAREX considers the following variables to determine the value of the position: type of product, volume, the size of the position (light or pallet), type of temperature, and percentage of handling rate.

At PHAREX we are specialists in integrated logistics systems for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sector, in segments such as allopathic pharmaceuticals, high-cost cosmetics, dermatological, medical devices, nutritional, biological, homeopathic, phytotherapeutic, diagnostic reagents, absorbents, cold chain products, highly complex products or biosimilars, specialized non-perishable foods.

Through our business line PHAREX Loginter, we carry out foreign trade processes in the Intexzona free trade zone in the center of the country, and soon in the Candelaria free trade zone in the north of the country

At PHAREX we currently have a cold chain system validated in Colombia which complies with all the qualification stages (IQ/installation, OQ/operation, and PQ/performance).

The system we use is validated under the gamp 5 standard.
